Have I gotten your attention? Hungry yet??? This is definitely a keeper which is why it’s up here on the blog. 🙂
This is a very tasty breakfast/brunch item that is off the beaten path just a touch. We had it for dinner and loved it. You will, too. 🙂
It’s Fall and with Fall I always yearn for roasted New Mexico chiles. So this is a fabulous Fall breakfast although you can eat it for lunch or dinner, too. 🙂
Fall is here and the pomegranate tree has lots of fruit. So, now becomes the fun part – what to do with all of those lovely pomegranates. This dish is a start. I present to you a marinated pork tenderloin that is roasted and served with a pomegranate sauce finished with fresh pomegranate arils and chopped parsley for a little burst of flavor and wonderful color. Looks great, doesn’t it?
This is an amazingly tasty dish. Baby Lady hardly ever eats a whole chicken quarter but she did this one. 🙂
Pretty nice looking breakfast, eh? It was. 🙂 It also was the recovery from a mistake. 😮
Today’s post is about salsa. Not any old salsa but a salsa loaded with fire roasted veggies. Absolutely delicious, too. Since football season is here, you definitely need to try this while watching your favorite team on Saturday/Sunday. If you’re not a football fan, you need to try this anyway on any day you feel like it. 🙂
