One of the things I really enjoy is grilling. There is something I just love about primal cooking over direct fire, even if it is the modern convenience of a gas grill. :o I love the outdoors, the fresh smell of nature and the joy of watching all the little critters that visit our little backyard. So, when we get the opportunity, we grill and dine on the porch under the arbor. Grilled tuna chalupas with crazy corn (Baby Lady’s name for Mexican Style Grilled Corn on the Cob (Elotes Asados)) and grilled green onions. Pretty nice spread, don’t you think?
This is another delicious seafood dish that is relatively quick to make, perfect for a weeknight meal but refined enough for a dinner party. Like it?
Continuing our eclectic journey through the world of culinary delights we present to you Tequila Shrimp with Jalapeño, Cilantro & Lime. It’s a delightful meal but for adults only. :)
These are tasty little treats perfect for dinner parties, parties or to simply horde to yourself. Of course, your friends will love you if you share. ;)
This is a lovely meal on a cold, blustery Fall night. It’s hard to go wrong with a simple meal such as this.
Spicy!! Just the way I like it. Here’s an incredibly delectable Shrimp & Crawfish Jambalaya.
These look pretty darn tasty, don’t they? We love scallops. They are creamy, briny, tender and meaty all at the same time. Done right, they are a sweet, simple treat and the real star of almost any meal. They were definitely the star of this meal.
